Terms and Conditions for Fodboldminder.dk

Fodboldminder.dk sells used jerseys. Therefore, VAT is calculated under the margin scheme. VAT is not specified on the invoice.

General information

Payment

You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, Mobile Pay or cash upon pickup.

We do not charge any fees.

If you require an alternative payment method, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery and shipping

We ship with DAO or GLS.

Delivery time is typically 1–4 business days.

Shipping costs start from 48 DKK.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the item. For purchases of multiple items in one order, delivered individually, the period is calculated from the receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to fodboldminder@gmail.com. You can also use our standard withdrawal form.

You cannot cancel by refusing to accept the package. If the package is returned due to non-collection, a fee of 50 DKK will be charged.

Returns (upon withdrawal)

You must return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You pay for the return shipping yourself and bear the risk for the item's condition during transport.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any depreciation in value if the item has been handled in a way that goes beyond its condition.

Refund

You will receive a refund of the purchase amount no later than 14 days after your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold payment until we have received the item or documentation of its return. The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the purchase.

Right of complaint (up to 12 months – with reservations)

At Fodboldminder.dk, we exclusively sell used items, which are often 10–20 years old. Therefore, the right of complaint is limited to up to 12 months, but with clear reservations and limitations.

What do we cover?

If we have delivered an incorrect item, or if the item's condition deviates significantly from what was described, we naturally cover all reasonable costs – including return shipping or possible compensation.

In such cases, you must contact us no later than 14 days after receipt so that we can find a solution quickly.

What do we not cover?

Since these are used textile goods, wear and tear, age, and normal signs of use are expected, such as:

- Fading, minor stains, or loose threads

- Changes due to washing or use

In case of normal wear and tear or damage that occurs after extended use, there is no right of complaint.

Important info:

Regardless of the reason, please always include a description of the problem and save the return receipt.

We only accept complaints for items sent directly to the address.

Privacy policy

We collect and process your name, address, phone number, and email for the purpose of delivering your goods.
The information is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with accounting legislation.
