Manchester United football jersey 2020
There are Manchester United jerseys that scream for attention. And then there's this one. The zebra pattern from 2020–21 was met with raised eyebrows, memes, and a lot of confused comments when Adidas launched it. Six months later, people had gotten used to it. A year later, it had become a cult classic. That's often how it goes with the weirdest United jerseys.

FOOTBALL MEMORIES
Manchester United entered the 2020–21 season in a strange time, without packed stadiums and with football in empty arenas. Nevertheless, Ole Gunnar Solskjær's team slowly began to look like a project with direction. Bruno Fernandes changed the rhythm of the offense, Rashford became even more important, and Luke Shaw perhaps played his best season in years. It wasn't Ferguson days yet. But it was starting to look like something.
And then, of course, there was this jersey. Adidas chose a black and white pattern inspired by classic "dazzle ships" from World War I, where ships were painted with confusing graphic patterns.
United finished second in the Premier League and reached the Europa League final against Villarreal. It was a long and somewhat absurd penalty shootout, where even the goalkeepers ended up taking a kick. David de Gea missed. Villarreal won.
Today, the zebra jersey has become one of the most recognizable modern Manchester United jerseys. Not necessarily because everyone loved it from the start. More because no one could really ignore it.
Should this zebra-striped Manchester United football jersey go home with a collector of modern Premier League jerseys or a young United fan with a taste for slightly more chaotic designs?
