F.C. Copenhagen football jersey 2011/12 – Abdellaoue #7

When the FCK players lifted the trophy in PARKEN in May 2012, a new Norwegian striker was in the middle of the celebration. Mustafa "Mos" Abdellaoue had arrived in Copenhagen a few months earlier as the top scorer from Norwegian football – and started the cup final with number 7 on his back.

FOOTBALL MEMORIES

Abdellaoue arrived at FCK in January 2012 with an interesting resume. The previous season, he had scored 17 goals for Tromsø and had become the top scorer in the Norwegian Tippeliga. In Copenhagen, he was given number 7 and had to compete with, among others, Dame N'Doye, César Santin, and Morten Nordstrand.

He debuted against AaB in March and scored two Superliga goals in his nine league games that spring. But the biggest moment came in the cup tournament. Abdellaoue also played in the semi-final against SønderjyskE and then started the cup final against AC Horsens alongside Nordstrand in the FCK attack. Claudemir's goal secured a 1-0 victory and the trophy for Copenhagen.

The shirt also marks the end of an FCK era. 2011/12 was the last season with Kappa, who had supplied FCK's shirts since 2004. The following year, Adidas took over.
